Today ( 9 June 2021) VoyagerNetz launched ExperienceNetz and I would love to share with you a bit about this initiative and what we are envisioning.
For a long time we at VoyagerNetz have been looking for a way to share our latest thoughts and greatest ideas about customer experience with the greater Customer Experience (CX) community. The ExperienceNetz blog is the first step towards this objective and over time ExperienceNetz will also take shape in other formats like webinars, videos, events and much more.
If you have a desire to learn more about customer experience then ExperienceNetz will be interesting to you (at least I hope it will). If you are a VoyagerNetz customer then ExperienceNetz is where you would learn more about how VoyagerNetz can help you deliver even better experiences.
Lastly and definitely the most important aspect of ExperienceNetz is that we want to get input from the community - we are very aware that our good (and bad) ideas can only become great ideas if they are informed by your input. By listening carefully our ideas will become better and that will lead to even better products. I am excited to hear from you!
