Version .6 of Engage is up and running with some exciting new features! Let's dive in...

Big News

iPhone App! We are in the midst of onboarding some of our customers with the new iPhone App for VoyagerNetz Engage. It is currently still in Beta Testing but we expect to release it to the Apple AppStore very soon for mass use! If you would like to be onboarded to our new App, text us at 708.797.9681. It has push notifications, sound notifications, and all of the functionality of the desktop version for on the go engagements!

New Avatar Colorization! A fun yet practical new element, for the .6 deployment is the colorization of the initial icons that indicate who owns the conversations. This makes it easier to visually sort out the conversations, both in the assigned section as well as within Conversations to see who said what.

New Functionality

In the Admin Section:

• The solution version number is visible in the application, so you can know if you are in the most updated version, to follow along with these release notes!
• Outcome Categories and Standard Response Categories can be added by clicking into the category and then hitting the "+" in the top right corner
• You can also of course add Outcomes + Responses by doing the same!
• Responses can be tagged with an extension, or not - but tags can only include lower case alphanumeric characters and dashes.

The toolbar in the conversation view was reworked to resolve the application sometimes freezing when accessing the photo function. You can see now that the camera icon is always visible while in the conversation or in notes, and the standard response is always visible when in the conversation. This eliminates loading issues.

Feedback Responses

This is a new section that will be a part of our Release Note blogs moving forward, where we tell you the fixes we made in response to your feedback and concerns. Remember: we love your feedback, do not hesitate to let us know what you think and how we can improve!

• There were a few instances of closed Conversations remaining in Assigned - Fixed!
• A small glitch for a few users where they were not added correctly, so they did not appear in the participant list, and their initials were not in their circle - Fixed!
• Feedback around the process of sending photos, both in Notes and in the Conversations was slightly glitchy - Fixed!
